50 Hours Yoga Course

For one week of focusing on understanding the physical body through yoga asanas, aligning with the inner self. This week covers yoga history, the eight limbs, anatomy, posture alignment, Pranayama, teaching methodology, and asana practice, culminating in a teaching class.

100 Hours Yoga Course

For two week focusing on the Pranamaya Kosha (energy body), exploring prana through theoretical study and practical experience. You will delve into pranayama, Panca Vayu, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Sat Karma, four bandhas, yoga nidra, and asana practices like Udana Flow and Namaskar, culminating in teaching practice.

200 Hours Yoga Course

For Three week focusing on Suksma Sarira, covering the 7 cakra body, Patanjali’s yoga sutra philosophy, cakra flow, Pancha Kosha, the 5 states of mind, Yoga Mudra, Pubic Speech, Prenatal Yoga Intro, thematic postures, body analysis, and balance of arms. This week enhances your teaching skills and confidence.

50 - Hours Aerial Yoga

Udana Sky Flow Aerial Yoga is a holistic practice that integrates mind, body, and spirit, offering a unique experience of levity and grounding beyond traditional yoga. With yoga philosophy, mindfulness, and acrobatic poses, it inspires students to embrace their authenticity and potential. This week-long course covers Aerial yoga techniques, pranayama, and relaxation methods, equipping you to teach diverse students effectively.
