Udana Sky Flow Aerial Yoga is a holistic practice not only acrobatic poses that works with the mind, body and spirit to give us feeling of levity and grounding we don’t always have access to in a traditional floor-based yoga practice. We have never experienced, which allows us to see that we are capable of more than we imagined.

During the training, you will go from the basic to increasingly the intermediate levels of Aerial poses in order to learn to teach the session to a wide range of potential students, You will learn how to use pranayama, relaxation techniques and more methodologies during practice that will optimize your Aerial practice and teaching to the students which is different needs.

Course Content

This course will prepare you to understand the fundamentals of Sky Flow Aerial Yoga, and allow you to to teach regular Aerial Yoga classes. We use the silk hammock throughout class for all poses, including seated meditation, warming up, and the best part a Floating savasana called cocoon.  This is a fantastic opportunity to spread this popular style of yoga to the world!

50 Hours Yoga Course

For one week of focusing on understanding the physical body through yoga asanas, aligning with the inner self. This week covers yoga history, the eight limbs, anatomy, posture alignment, Pranayama, teaching methodology, and asana practice, culminating in a teaching class.

100 Hours Yoga Course

For two week focusing on the Pranamaya Kosha (energy body), exploring prana through theoretical study and practical experience. You will delve into pranayama, Panca Vayu, Hatha Yoga Pradipika, Sat Karma, four bandhas, yoga nidra, and asana practices like Udana Flow and Namaskar, culminating in teaching practice.

200 Hours Yoga Course

For Three week focusing on Suksma Sarira, covering the 7 cakra body, Patanjali’s yoga sutra philosophy, cakra flow, Pancha Kosha, the 5 states of mind, Yoga Mudra, Pubic Speech, Prenatal Yoga Intro, thematic postures, body analysis, and balance of arms. This week enhances your teaching skills and confidence.
