Quantum healing is a mind-body medicine that uses consciousness to heal the body, explaining sudden healings like spontaneous remissions through quantum physics and consciousness. Lower back pain yoga therapy involves guided exercises to strengthen muscles, improve flexibility, and reduce pain. Scoliosis yoga therapy aims to decrease spinal curvature, slow curve progression, and improve posture. Udana Cakra Flow, a yoga sequence, awakens and aligns energy centers, enhancing mental clarity, mood, and overall well-being.

Quantum healing is a form of mind-body medicine wherein a fundamental change in consciousness is said to produce a profound healing of the body-mind a certain type of sudden and dramatic healing of the human body, such as spontaneous remissions, that are not understood by conventional medicine.

These extraordinary forms of healing are related to understandings of quantum physics and of consciousness. Just as quantum physics aims to describe physical phenomena normally hidden at a subatomic level, so quantum healing is directed to healing the body-mind from a deep, unmanifest level of consciousness.

The mind and body are expressions of this profound consciousness. scientific medical research has demonstrated that various mind-body interactions such as the "placebo effect" do exist and can have significant effects in healing

Guided therapeutic yoga exercises that strengthen the lower back muscles and condition the spinal tissues and joints. The goals of yoga therapy for back pain typically include the following:

  • Decrease painful symptoms in the lower back and/or leg.
  • Improve low back function to tolerate daily activities as independently as possible
  • Increase the spine’s flexibility and improve its range of motion
  • Decrease the side-to-side curvature or Cobb angle of the spine
  • Slow down or stop the curve progression of the spine
  • Minimize the need for wearing a back brace
  • Improve breathing function and muscular balance
  • Decrease pain and stress on the back
  •  Improve posture.

Udana Chakra Flow is a series of a selected Yoga pose with full of consciousness sequences that work to awaken and align the energy centre of the body.
